Getting all Healed Up.

Carter Kane had teleported both Keisha and Rey back to the Brooklyn House Mansion. He escorted them to the infirmary on the fourth floor and made sure that they both were good before leaving the room and checking on the other magicians.

Keisha was laying in the patient bed with an IV in her arm. She had a traumatic experience, but she would be fine.

Rey was in one of the beds. He had luckily put a force spell strong enough to keep his legs from being paralyzed, but they were still broken and he'd have to walk on crutches for three weeks. He felt extremely worn out from all the spells he used during that fight, and some from earlier in the training room. He looked over at Keisha. "Hey, um, you know this stuff they're using to heal my legs? It's..cal me crazy, but I can see clear without my glasses now."

Keisha looked over at Rey and smiled a bit. "That's really good." She coughed, covering her mouth with the inside of her elbow. She was still feeling sick from what the snake monster did to her. She prayed to the gods that nothing came of it.

"I think some reaction in the (insert nerdy theory here that goes on for three sentences). You know what I mean?" he asked. He didn't even have the power to be embarrassed that he just went out full nerd in front of Keisha. "Luckily, I think that we'll be back into the training in a couple days. Thank gosh for your mother." He paused for the second. "I want to give you the other watch that Hathor gave me." He smiled at her. "You're about my only friend here."

Keisha nodded her head slowly, trying to understand what exactly Rey was talking about. "No, no not really." She laughed a bit, staring up at the ceiling. All she wanted to do now was sleep and try to forget the whole thing. Her attention went back to the follower of Isis. "Awww, thanks, Rey. I'll put it on later okay? I don't feel up to it right now."

Rey laughed a bit when she said she basically wasn't following along with what he was saying. "Yeah, that's fine, I don't expect you to put it on right now. So, um, after this, do you want to go on another date possibly? Like we had half a date, well not even that, but can we try another one? I mean, that's only if you want." He blushed a little.

Keisha thought for a moment. "Maybe, if you want to. I really just want to go to sleep right now. I'm sorry." She looks over at him before closing her eyes, trying to calm down. "I'm just needs to forget everything." With that being said, she closed her eyes and turned over on her side.

Rey nodded. He decided to go to sleep himself. He turned out the lamp on the desk between their beds. It was around 5ish PM now, but it felt like it was midnight.

Keisha slept through the day and woke up at 7:00 in the morning. Her eyes fluttered her eyes open, looking up at the ceiling. Thankfully she felt better so she decided to sit up and looked over at Rey. Smiling a bit, she waited for one of the healers to take the IV out of her arm. Keish's vitals were chest and was able to get up and move around.

Rey woke up around 5 AM, feeling better, but still felt somewhat bad, but that was only in his legs. He felt great everywhere else. Rey just laid there thinking, not wanting to get up and wake up Keisha. A couple hours when she woke up, he saw her get the IV out and look better. He grabbed his crutches and went over to her. "Do you want to go get some breakfast with me?"
