Margot Zhang

Full name: Margot Zhang. Her name is actually an interesting point for her, when she was younger she used to use the last name Campbell, since that was the name that her father gave her mother, Mateo Campbell. I’ll get to that later. The reason for changing her name back, was because she realized that her dad actually didn’t care about her.

Mortal Parent: Mei Zhang. Mei is a teacher in Chicago, she can seem scary but she cares very deeply for her daughter.
How they met: Mei met Tepeyollotl in the middle of chicago, He said his name was Mateo Campbell. They dated for a while and eventually Mei was pregnant with Margot. Tepeyollotl left shortly after.

Personality (at least three lines): Either a giant nerd or a grumpy kid. theres no in between. She can be funny if she tries. Her patience level is very low. Unless it comes to children. Then she's weirdly tolerant. She’s actually very rational, and is fit to be a leader. Too bad nobody trusts her enough. She can make bad decisions on instinct. She probably shouldn’t be trusted.

Powers: Let’s shake things up. Honestly its all about those good vibrations. Ok done with puns. Margot can feel the vibrations in the earth and all around her caused by the movement of atoms, and then she can manipulate them. This can create a force field, cause the ground to move, or bend fluid objects like water. Its all very tricky. Her cooldowns have always been a bit unreliable. As far as she can tell, using her power on a large scale (i.e. earthquakes) can cause her to pass out if she’s not careful enough. After that she can only do it once more on that scale before passing out without a doubt. On a medium scale, she’s very good at using the force field, it’s usually used to knock people back. She can do this about 8-10 times a day, sometimes more depending on her energy level. On a small scale, she can manipulate smaller things, she can cause glasses to explode, can “bend water” (she’s just messing with the movement of the atoms, kind of like moving a magnet next to a stream of water). She can do this about 15-18 times a day. Admittedly, sometimes her powers go haywire. This happens when she is emotionally distressed and an excess of energy is being exerted. Usually she causes tiny earthquakes in a diameter of 25 feet around her, that usually just knocks stuff off of tables. In other circumstances she can cause glass to shatter. Its very hard for her to get this under control, and it usually ends with her passing out.
Abilities:

History (at least ten sentences): Margot grew up in chicago with her mom. It was a very normal life. Margot and Mei were tight, and Margot would always talk to her mom about what was troubling her. Then, when Margot was 12, her powers started to show up. They were very destructive powers, and Margot knew that. The problem was that she had no control over them. Whenever she was the slightest bit distressed or upset, she would start an earthquake. It was a nightmare for her, so Mei stepped in. Mei taught her to control her breathing, and how to calm down quickly. Although Mei had no experience with powers, and had no idea what was going on, she still did her best. One day, Margot awoke at the aztec camp, and promptly started an earthquake. It took a lot of work to calm her down, because she was terrified being in a completely different place. She transitioned though.
