Personality (at least three lines): : Jake is a nice person, but not perky. He’s easy to get along. He has a sense of humor and is funny and makes jokes. He tries to become a superhero and wants to make a difference for his young age. He’s intelligent for his age.
Pets (optional): Cat named Peach. He will die when Jake dies, but cannot die besides that. He will regrow/regenerate. He can also fight for Jake and walk like a human. He can talk. It was a present from Jupiter.
Weapon (optional): He has a half-IG dagger half-lightning bolt. One side can help harness his lightning, the other part is simply to fight.

Powers:
-He can control small amounts of lightning, and shoot small voltages. It wears him out quick.
-Once a topic, he can summon a ball of lightning the size of a football and throw it. It's very high voltage and can track enemies. It goes 30 mph. It's enough to kill a person or fatally injure a monster. He may pass out after this.
-He can control up to 200 gallons of water and throw up to 50 gallons of it. As he gets older, his powers will become stronger. He must be near a water source. He has a four post cooldown.
-He can heal himself and other people in water. He can heal a minor wound with a three post cooldown and a major wound twice a topic.
-He can summon up to two waterlife to his aid. If he does summon two, they have to be below 16ft long. If he summons one, it can be up to 30ft long. They stay for four posts with a four post cooldown.
Abilities:
-He can breathe underwater, cannot suffocate

-He can talk to waterlife
-Jake can summon boats and other water items; the biggest boat would be a captain's gig
